- Led the development of digital signage and token management systems deployed across 75+ government offices, banks, hospitals, and businesses in Nepal, including CDO Office Kathmandu, Nabil Bank, Nepal Telecom, and Nepal Mediciti, serving 20,000+ users daily.
- Built real-time fleet management capabilities supporting 1,500+ vehicles, including live GPS tracking, geofencing, video streaming, alerts, and operational analytics.
- Developed advanced interactive experiences across multiple products, including real-time maps with MapLibre, canvas-based signage editors with Konva.js, live video streaming with HLS.js, and visual workflow builders with React Flow.
- Implemented automated unit and end-to-end testing with Vitest and Playwright, and built CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to automate validation, builds, and deployments.
- Mentored developers through code reviews and technical guidance, improving code quality and team delivery.
- Contributed to the development and launch of Inflancer and Goeasybazar, building cross-platform mobile experiences for iOS and Android with React Native and Expo.
- Implemented core mobile workflows including authentication, navigation and deep linking, camera-based media capture and uploads, and device permission handling across iOS and Android.
- Built smooth, performant animations and gesture-driven interactions using React Native Reanimated and Gesture Handler, while creating reusable Styled Components for a consistent and maintainable design system.
- Integrated backend APIs, Socket.IO, and Firebase services to support real-time communication, data synchronization, and push notifications.
- Published and managed mobile app releases, from production builds through submissions and updates on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
- Built scalable frontend architecture with reusable component systems, state management, API integration patterns, responsive design, internationalization, and technical SEO.
- Owned the end-to-end frontend development of SpeakUp Nepal, from initial implementation through testing, deployment, and production maintenance; the platform serves 30,000+ users.
- Designed and developed a multi-tenant membership management platform for clubs, associations, and organizations, featuring customizable registration forms, online payment integrations, event management, and member communication.
- Collaborated directly with clients and project stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and translate business needs into user-friendly frontend solutions.
